Why is my engine management light on?

When the engine management light comes on, it doesn’t point to one particular issue in the way that the other lights in your dashboard might; there are several reasons why the engine management light may be illuminated.

If the light is amber, it probably isn’t too serious but still definitely worth getting in touch with Autoworks and booking your car into one of our garages in Benfleet & Southend to have it checked out.
